Conversational Spanish Corporate Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Maricopa Corporate College is seeking outstanding Conversational Spanish corporate trainers/facilitators to work with our corporate clients in the Phoenix metro area. You must be dependable, have a passion for teaching Spanish, and have an excellent academic background. Local candidates preferred.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years facilitation/training experience
  • Experience with lesson planning and material selection required
  • Experience facilitating classes for adult learners preferred
  • Must have a strong customer service focus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and teach lessons that are customized to the corporate clients' and participants’ learning need which may include adding industry specific vocabulary
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance
  • Provide a dynamic and interactive learning experience for all participants
