Conversational Spanish Corporate Trainer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Maricopa Corporate College is seeking outstanding Conversational Spanish corporate trainers/facilitators to work with our corporate clients in the Phoenix metro area. You must be dependable, have a passion for teaching Spanish, and have an excellent academic background. Local candidates preferred.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years facilitation/training experience
- Experience with lesson planning and material selection required
- Experience facilitating classes for adult learners preferred
- Must have a strong customer service focus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and teach lessons that are customized to the corporate clients' and participants’ learning need which may include adding industry specific vocabulary
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance
- Provide a dynamic and interactive learning experience for all participants
