The Microsoft Office Specialist 2013 training program prepares you for the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Exams 77-418, 77-425, and 77-426 (Word), 77-420, 77-427, and 77-428 (Excel), 77-422 (PowerPoint), 77-423 (Outlook), and 77-424 (Access).

You will learn essential skills of working at a basic through advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access 2013.

Microsoft Office 2013 skills are important to have in any profession. Being able to work with Office programs is necessary for today's workplace whether you are preparing for an entry-level position or are already an experienced professional. Developing skills and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access will allow you to work independently and efficiently problem solve.

The Microsoft Office Specialist 2013 training program prepares you for the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Exams 77-418, 77-425, and 77-426 (Word), 77-420, 77-427, and 77-428 (Excel), 77-422 (PowerPoint), 77-423 (Outlook), and 77-424 (Access).

The material is presented in a step-by-step manner, and you will learn by completing readings and hands-on exercises, in addition to watching video presentations. The course also includes quizzes and exams so you can assess your skills at regular intervals.

Course Requirements

This program can only be taken on a PC. It is not Mac compatible. It is compatible with Windows XP and later operating systems and IE 9 and later browsers.

We highly recommend that you use Chrome and Firefox in place of other web browsers.

Manuals are included as downloadable PDFs throughout the program.

Students should be familiar with using a personal computer, mouse, and keyboard. They should be comfortable in a Windows environment and have the ability to launch and close activities and navigate to information stored on the computer. They should also have an ability to manage files and folders.

Instructor Bio

Tracy Berry has been a senior graphic designer/programmer, instructor, and consultant since 1993 and has developed hundreds of logos, marketing materials, websites, and multimedia solutions for customers worldwide. She was also involved in several large corporate software rollouts.

She has helped many organizations optimize and streamline data solutions. She teaches both onsite and online courses and has her CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) certification. Tracy specializes in teaching graphics, desktop publishing, web design, and reporting/productivity applications.
