You will learn the essential skills you need to survive and thrive, including understanding the business need and project outcomes, setting project boundaries, getting to know your project stakeholders, and creating a schedule. You will also see how to manage project execution from start to finish. Throughout the course, you will find examples that demonstrate how each of these essential skills applies in the real world.
This course can be taken on either a PC or Mac.
