Fostering Employee Engagement in a Hybrid Environment
This is a Past Event
Join us for a virtual breakfast as we focus on hybrid employee engagement!
A hybrid workplace requires a new model of doing business. Although we have been in a constant state of change, business is still run by people. Now, more than ever, it is increasingly important that employees feel connected, engaged, and empowered and have access to the tools they need to be productive from any device or location.
Join us on Wednesday, August 18 for a virtual conversation with Sue Barenholtz, a Learning and Development Leader, to learn how you can make sure your employees have everything they need to be productive and continue to grow and develop within your organization. Leadership alignment and a culture where employees feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, ideas, and concerns are necessary.
You will learn:
How to create a more human-centric culture
The difference between the employee experience and employee engagement
Evidence-based methods your organization can re-tool
Strategies to improve the employee experience
