Christine is the Founder and CEO of Brightworks Consulting. Launched in 2007, Brightworks showcases top talent in management consulting offering a wide range of services that include:

Christine is known for her leadership and guidance as a strategic business consultant, working with leading corporations and influential business leaders. Christine combines her experience in leadership and communication to assist executives, middle managers and small businesses as they create and execute organizational change and/or personal transformation strategies.

Implementing brilliant concepts and effective processes makes her a leader in the diluted world of consultants. As a certified Executive Consultant, Coach and Master Black Belt she specializes in creating effective, successful workforce development strategies, business process improvement initiatives, leadership development programs and effective project leadership. She has an extensive background in the implementation of profitable business plans including the use of Six Sigma, having served in executive capacity with companies such as IBM, American Express and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Combining her deep functional experience in Management, Leadership and Communications, Christine works with influential leaders and invested organizations to develop and reach business transformation goals.


Pat has spent her 40-year career in the human resource industry, with a deep passion for and continued focus on talent development and gender equality in the workplace. Pat is currently a leader at EDGE, the preeminent global assessment methodology and business certification standard for gender equality.As the CEO of EDGE Americas, Pat leads EDGE's work in fostering more supportive, inclusive, equitable organizations across the Americas.

Prior to joining the EDGE team and movement, she spent 15 years at consulting firm Mercer where she led and pioneered many innovations in human capital and talent strategy. Pat contributed to Mercer in many diverse roles from her leadership of Marketing and Sales, to her roles as President of the Careers business and President of the North America region. Partnering with clients globally, she championed the development of marketing-leading solutions including flexible benefits and US-managed health care. From 2015 to 2020, Pat focused her energies on working with a diverse portfolio of multinationals, working with their leadership teams to solve complex global people and risk issues.

Her passion for gender equality was a personal motivation that has become a professional calling. She worked and advised the World Economic Forum (WEF) partnering with global leaders and driving Mercer’s involvement in WEF projects. She continues to advise the WEF as a member of the Education, Gender and Work system Steering Committee.

For her strong advocacy, development and mentorship of women, Pat was selected as one of Diversity’s Journal’s 2010 Women Worth Watching. Crain’s New York Business included Pat in the publication’s 2018 list of Notable Women in Accounting and Consulting. In 2012, she was selected by the Kennedy’s Institute’s Consulting Magazine as one of the nation’s top 25 consultants, recognized for her excellence in leadership. Pat was the architect of WhenWomenThrive – one of the leading women's global research platforms. She also launched and led Women@Mercer.

Pat earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and her BA from Georgetown University. Pat and her husband are the proud parents of two adult sons. She is an avid skier, hiker, and world traveler.
