The preventative approach of psychological and emotional resilience training (PERT) can support the health and wellness of professionals in helping, caring, serving, and protecting careers. It can help decrease mental distress and reduce the negative effects of traumatic stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue. It can also help improve employee job satisfaction, retention, productivity, and performance outcomes.
