About This Workshop
This workshop is designed to guide participants to understand the change process, typical responses to change, and best practices during change implementations. The theory and application of managing change will be explored as a basis for understanding the change curve. Participants will get hands-on practice navigating change, recognizing common fears about accepting change, and leading an effective change process.
