In this two-hour workshop, we'll discuss the impact and influence that daily stress can have on your overall health and nervous system. This includes how our nervous system interprets stress, our biological defenses, human resiliency through self-regulation, and post-traumatic growth. You will learn how to more effectively recognize when your body is reacting to stress and basic techniques to self-regulate.
