Resiliency: Stress and our Psychological Defenses (Behavioral)  ​

 

In this two-hour workshop, we'll discuss the role that stress plays in our professional and day-to-day lives. This includes the underlying causes of stress, how our bodies register stress, perception awareness, internal sense control, and resiliency techniques to help counteract stress. You will learn key techniques to recognize behavioral patterns and actively self-manage your own perception of your environment to reduce your stress response.

Help employees learn to:

  • Review cognitive protective factors
  • Apply internal locus of control
  • Adapt key resiliency methods
