STANDARD: This base package includes: needs analysis and information gathering; clearly defined learning outcomes and indicators of learning success; design and development of the learning solution and materials; implementation and delivery of the learning solution and learning evaluation.
SILVER: Includes everything that the Standard Package includes, plus: a corresponding job aid, and pre-determined automatic learning bursts. Learning bursts are follow up communications over a period of time which reinforce the learning that occurred.
GOLD: Includes everything the Silver Package includes, plus: learning is infused with multi-media; a pre-training communication plan that will get your employees ready and engaged in the training; and learning badges that indicate knowledge and skill acquisition.
PLATINUM: Includes everything the Gold Package has, plus: a strong focus on the 70:20:10 training formula (70% intentional job related experience/20% intentional interactions with more knowledgeable peers/10% formal training).
