Join us for the upcoming webinar, “Digging for Donors: Your Database as a Mine,” to learn about leveraging your database as a donor-prospecting tool.

You’ll hear industry secrets from Kathryn Adams Farrel, founder and principal consultant for a successful nonprofit consulting firm, including how to:

  • Build queries to find new or upgraded gift prospects
  • Use free sources of demographic information to learn more about your donor base
  • Define your current and ideal donors

You will also hear real-world experiences and scenarios so that you can put concepts into action right away. The format will be conversational with the opportunity for questions and answers.

Katie Farrell

 

Katie Adams Farrell is the Founder and Principal consultant for KAF Catalyst, a fundraising and financial management consulting firm for nonprofit organizations. KAF Catalyst melds for-profit strategies and nonprofit soul to create new and innovative models for growth, specializing in developing systems that catalyze income generation as well as institutional fundraising. An aspect of her firm provides contract grant writing and corporate sponsorship in an innovative virtual business model to make high quality proposal writing accessible to organizations of any budget size while supporting talented women who desire flexible part-time work. Katie has wealth of knowledge about not-profit fundraising and functionality; prior to forming KAF Catalyst, she led fundraising teams at institutions across Southern California.Katie serves on numerous Boards of Directors, including President-Elect of the National Association of Women Business Owners in Orange County, Treasurer of the Women's Journey Foundation, founder of the Professional Advisors Council at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, and Board members for Democracy and Progress PAC. She was also elected and currently serving a two-year term on the School Site Council at Hicks Canyon Elementary School in Irvine. Katie is a FINRA-licensed financial representative and holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Music Performance (on violin and viola) from California State University, Long Beach.
