Patrick McWhortor is the President of Lead for Change. He is committed to helping leaders discover their purpose and fulfill their potential to improve the world. His experience as an entrepreneur and business leader taught him the value of finding your core purpose, learning skills to be an effective leader, and balancing the many competing demands of work and life. He has three decades of experience in organizational leadership, management and development. Patrick's passion for leadership stems from involvement in his community and a commitment to the idea that entrepreneurs and community leaders are the building blocks of our economy. He is active in public affairs in Arizona, and believes in the potential of ordinary citizens to shape the future of their communities, states and the nation.
