Career Navigator
As a Career Navigator, Sophie is pursuing her passion for assisting students transform their lives through education and training. For the past 28 years, she has worked with the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) in Student Affairs. Sophie is working towards her Bachelor’s in Human Behavior through the new program at South Mountain Community College, where she also received her associate degree. She is a proud wife and mother, and enjoys spending time cooking for her large family. Sophie enjoys collecting vintage jewelry, crafting, watching classic movies and documentaries about ancient history, and learning how to help people with their mental health and overcoming trauma.
