Hardware Requirements:
This course must be taken on a PC. It is not suitable for Macs.
Software Requirements:
PC: Windows 8 or later.
Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge is also compatible.
Microsoft Access 2016 (not included in enrollment).
Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins.
Other:
Email capabilities and access to a personal email account.

Ken Cook
Ken Cook has managed his own successful computer consulting business since 1990. He began as a trainer, instructing numerous users on a variety of software packages, specializing in Microsoft Office.
