Workforce 2 You brings career training programs into different rural Maricopa County communities each year. In 2026, we have the following training options available, designed to meet the industry needs of each community. Participants in all programs are required to complete the Workforce Professional Skills microcredential to gain essential workforce skills to complement their program-specific learning.
Bookkeeping
Master QuickBooks Online to prepare for a rewarding career in the bookkeeping field.
Duration: 11 weeks
Locations: Buckeye, Guadalupe, and Surprise
Electrical Technician
Gain the skills and certifications to start your career as an electrical technician.
Duration: 10 weeks
Locations: Guadalupe
Engineering Technician
Earn in-demand skills and industry-recognized certifications for an entry-level technician role.
Duration: 9-12 weeks
Locations: Buckeye and Surprise
Human Resources Professional
Gain the skills you need to start your career in human resources (HR).
Duration: 12 weeks
Locations: Surprise
Medical Administrative Assistant
Prepare for various administrative and clerical roles in the healthcare industry.
Duration: 10 weeks
Locations: Buckeye and Guadalupe
Microsoft Office Certification
Gain the skills to earn the Microsoft Office Associate Certificate.
