They offer numerous services for job seekers and employers alike including recruiting resources, employee training programs, workforce reduction support, and Arizona’s largest jobs database: Arizona Job Connection.
Unlike other online job posting sites, Arizona Job Connection is free and creating an account is easy with approvals in less than 72 hours. Once you create your employer account, you can post your job openings, save searches and resumes, receive email updates when new job seekers who match your criteria are added, and more! Currently, the site boasts nearly 30,000 resumes posted, which means there’s a great chance of you finding candidates that match your open positions.
BestCompaniesAZ specializes in helping corporate clients and community partners develop, strengthen and market their unique employer brands on a regional and national level. They help you promote your employer brand and job opportunities through a customized company profile, blog posts, social media, email marketing, events, and more. They’ve also recently launched a “Hiring Companies in Arizona During COVID-19” page as a way to connect job seekers to employers seeking immediate hires. Employers featured on this page have the opportunity to share the types of job openings available as well as a link to their jobs website. BestCompaniesAZ also has a helpful Employer Resources page that includes resources for small businesses, an employer preparedness toolkit, and more.

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona’s employer opportunities are designed to help you, as an employer, find the right candidates for the jobs you need filled. With their no-cost career services available to the public, they have an inventory of job seekers from different backgrounds, training levels, and skillsets. They interview each candidate who comes through their doors and then works to match you with job seekers who are the best fit for open positions.
Through Goodwill, you’ll also have access to a database of potential employees and opportunities to participate in career fairs and hiring events. Since the start of the pandemic, Goodwill has transitioned many of its services to a virtual format, including their career fairs.
