About This Workshop
In this workshop, participants will employ effective and impactful critical thinking skills. Focus areas will include: Decision-making barriers, techniques to improve workplace decisions, and the identification of opportunities for critical thinking and decision-based success. Additional focus will be placed on the importance of problem-solving techniques, delegation, prioritization, and identifying strategic outcomes.
