About This Workshop
This workshop explores how mindfulness, mindset, and emotional intelligence work together to strengthen an adaptive approach to mindset. Participants will learn practical strategies for staying grounded under pressure, shifting perspectives in challenging situations, and responding with intention rather than reactivity. Through interactive scenarios and guided reflection, leaders will build core mental flexibility skills, deepen their self‑awareness, and practice focusing their energy on what they can influence and control. By the end of the session, participants will be better equipped to navigate change, support others with clarity and empathy, and take ownership of their impact in the workplace.
