This four-hour workshop is designed to improve the leadership skills of managers, supervisors, and leaders at all levels. The tools and techniques discussed focus on improving communication, active listening, and behaviors associated with working through workplace conflict. Areas of focus include: core skills of management and leadership success, active listening, effective communication techniques, the role of trust in developing effective teams, and practical techniques to reduce conflict to improve team dynamics.
